Refunds & Returns Policy

At TorqStore, operated by Odessan Trading LLC, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right — ми все виправимо.


Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • Must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging

  • Must not show signs of use, damage, or modification

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Consumable products (if opened)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong size, wrong item ordered, changed mind), return shipping is paid by the customer

  • If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover all costs


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different model or variant, just contact us.
We’ll guide you through the process and secure the replacement.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or video to speed up resolution.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
